The White Horse Inn has long been part of life on Market Street. Its next chapter with Lapen Inns brings together a village pub, Nepalese cooking, familiar favourites and room for conversation.
The Grade II-listed inn has eighteenth-century roots and a place in Swavesey's everyday life. Its history, the village's independent campaign to preserve it and our Lapen Inns approach to hospitality each have a part in the story.
Explore Swavesey's Market Street, plan some time at RSPB Fen Drayton Lakes, or find the Busway connections from Cambridge and St Ives. Our local guide brings the background and practical links together.

How should I check allergies and dietary requirements?
Please speak to the team about a food allergy or dietary requirement before ordering. Menu descriptions and dietary markers do not replace a conversation about ingredients and kitchen cross-contact. Ask for dish-level allergen information, and check with the team whether a dish can meet your needs.
